In accordance with art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, the personal data you provide will be processed as follows:

Your personal data is collected and processed so that you can be registered on the site and your account can be managed (to retrieve a forgotten password, to send messages), etc.).

For the aforesaid purposes, your data: a) is processed through the operations or sets of operations set forth in art. 4 del Legislative Decree no. 196/2003; b) is processed using electronic devices capable of ensuring its integrity and confidentiality; c) is processed by the administrator of this site or a person assigned this task directly by him.

Art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 establishes the following rights:

• right to be informed of the existence of data concerning you in the administration, even if still to be stored, and intelligible communication of this data (art. 7, subsection 1), its source (art. 7, subsection 2, letter a), the purposes and methods of processing (art. 7, subsection 2, letter b) and the logic used in data processing by electronic instruments (art. 7, subsection 2, letter c);
• right to be informed of the ID data of the owner, the manager (art. 7, subsection 2, letter d) and the representative (art. 5, subsection 2);
• right to be informed of the persons and categories of persons to whom the data may be communicated or who may come into possession of it in their capacity as the owner, manager or person in charge (art. 7, subsection 2, letter e);
• right to have your data modified, corrected or, where applicable, added (art. 7, subsection 3, letter a);
• right to have your data deleted, converted into anonymous form or blocked if it is handled in breach of the law, including data that does not need to be stored for the purposes for which the data was collected or subsequently processed (art. 7, subsection 3, letter b);
• right to obtain a statement indicating that the operations laid down in article 7, subsection 3, letters a) and b) of the law, including their contents, have been notified to the persons to whom the data has been communicated, except when this is not possible or entails using means that are disproportionate to the protected right (art. 7, subsection 3, letter c);
• right to object completely or in part, on legitimate grounds, to the processing of your personal data for the purposes of sending advertising, direct sales, market research or business communication material (art. 7, subsection 4, letters a) and b);
• right to receive compensation for damages suffered by effect of the processing of your personal data (art. 15);
• right to take legal action or apply to the data protection commissioner in order to exercise the aforesaid rights (art. 141 and 145).
